1. Pick a fabric you like
2. Get your pattern and put it on your fabric
3. Fold in half with the side that you want to see on the inside
4. Get six pins and pin the pattern two the fabric
5. Get some scissors and cut it out
6. Get a needle and some thread and sew it together and leave one side open
7.Get some rice and fill it up and then sew the top bit together

When you first pout the bacteria in a warm spot to set you need to Waite 2-3 days it will be done.
make sure where ever you pout it is not to hot!
After After
When it is done the germs will have grown it will have bumps and it will smell bad some times when it has grown all the bacteria has melted some times it seems really weird because it is half melted and half not melted.
